who picks photo locations?
Choosing locations for photos can be tough - but I'm here to make this an easy process!
If you have location requests, be sure to let me know below in the contact form or through email. It can be fun going to a location that means something to the senior - so if you have a request, feel free to throw it out there!
If you don't have any location ideas, that's OK!
I've got so many different location ideas that I can take you to!
what is a season pass?
This is something I am SO excited to be adding this year!
A "Senior Pass" is an add on to your senior session. For only $100 per season, you can get a 30 minute session to capture you! I've had a lot of seniors request to take photos in multiple seasons... some like the beautiful colors of summer ( and hello summer tan!), the fall leaves, and the winter snow!
what is an ordering session?
Ordering sessions is a great way to get all of your prints ordered at once with the help of me!
There is absolutely ZERO PRESSURE to order anything - however, there may or may not be some awesome discounts if you decide to order ;)
*Ordering sessions are not required and never pushed... if you are interested in one, let me know and we will get it scheduled!
do you help pick outfits?
I will send a guide to guide you in choosing outfits! So don't stress!
You can always text or email me photos of your outfit ideas and I can give you feedback as to how it will photograph!
Should i get my hair and makeup done?
I would 100% recommend getting your hair and makeup done.
Hair and makeup artists are trained to pull out your natural beauty and who doesn't love a little pampering?! I recommend keeping your look more natural, so be sure to keep that in mind as you talk to your hair and makeup artist. If you need recommendations as to who to hire... let me know and I can send some over!
can i bring anyone to my senior session?
I recommend keeping your senior session just you and me for the majority of your session. This allows us to get into a rhythm and help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Feel free to invite your best friend, special someone, or family to come for the last 15 minutes*!
*For the 30 minute senior photo package, I do not recommend this :)
We want as much time as possible to photograph you!
Can i bring my pet?
You bet!!
Again, I would recommend having someone bring your pet in the last 15 minutes of your session. That way we don't have to worry about taking care of your pet throughout
our time together!
what happens if we have bad weather?
It is my passion to provide beautiful, warm, joyful images along with a fun and relaxing experience at senior sessions! Because we live in the midwest, we know that weather isn't always cooperative with our schedules. We have created this policy to provide each senior with an unforgettable experience for their session!
If the weather for your shoot is forecasted to be a 50% or greater chance of precipitation or 20+ mph winds we will likely reschedule your shoot for a later time. All determinations will be made at noon the day before your shoot.
